Chef Ellen Romans was a cardiac nurse for over 30 years, so our meals are healthier than what most other restaurants serve, and most items on your plate were made in our kitchen, from scratch.
We use fresh locally-grown vegetables whenever possible, as well as lean meats and poultry.
Quiches are made with less eggs and more vegetables than most recipes.
Our sandwiches and salads are made fresh when ordered, and healthy breads are used.
Desserts, brownies and cookies are all homemade.
